I had two rooms booked and the night I reached the hotel there was no parking space for my two cars. The man at the front desk asked me to park the cars on the 6th Street since there were some un-authorized car on their facility which need to be towed before making space for my cars and was informed that he'll be calling me to park the cars inside the facility. The call never came and in the morning i got two parking tickets of $20.00 each. When I complained their Manager - Mathew West promised me that he will pay the same and took the original parking tickets from me while returning a copy of the same for me. It has been more than 14 days and three follow ups and the parking ticket has not been paid yet and with penalty now the charges have gone up to $40.00 each. Forget about paying the ticket, the Hotel Manager is not even courteous enough to come on the phone and talk to me. Over and above that the front desk person 'Shawnda' had the audacity to hang up on me when I informed her that I'm recording the call
Even if this is the last hotel left on the Virginia Beach (512 Atlantic Ave), guys - please change your plans. Its better to avoid this hotel than come here and suffer....
